Las Vegas DUI Lawyer

We fight hard to protect your rights

Because Las Vegas bars are open 24 hours a day, the city takes drunk driving very seriously. DWI penalties are high. A conviction can result in hefty fines, jail time, and suspension of your driver's license. You could also end up paying higher insurance rates--often double what you are paying now. At Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, I have helped a lot of people who have been arrested for DUI. I can assist you, too. To find out more, call Albright Stoddard today to schedule a consultation.

Drunk Driving Facts

Drunk driving penalties are harsh for 1st offenses, but sometimes we can negotiate deals with the prosecution to keep you out of jail, or keep the DUI off your driving record. However, for a 2nd or 3rd offense, this becomes much more difficult.

There are two ways you can lose your license. The first is through an administrative hearing with the DMV. This hearing usually happens within a month of the arrest. If you fail to attend, they will revoke your driver's license. You could also lose your privilege to drive if you are convicted of a DUI in criminal court. Having an attorney on your side increases your chances of keeping your license. To find out more, call Albright Stoddard to talk to a lawyer.
